I'm Jeremy Ballard, a consulting astrologer and creative living in Austin, TX. Here you'll find various writings about Western astrology and access to my astrological services.

Astrology has been a part of my life for almost three decades, and the mystery of how and why it works inspires me every day. I've been fascinated by astrology for over two decades, and over the years it has proven to me over and over again how intricately woven Life is to the fabric of Time. 

I've been a creative and intuitive person my entire life and making abstract connections, listening deeply, and synthesizing ideas and language into meaningful images are important spiritual practices for me. I've been a musician since I was twelve years old, hold a B.F.A. in Studio Art from The University of Texas at Austin, and an M.F.A. in Poetry from Texas State University. 

Fundamental to astrology is the knowledge that we are Nature, and therefore intimately intertwined with the procession of Time. I use the Western tropical zodiac and a blend of ancient and modern astrological techniques. Over the years, I've developed a deep understanding of symbolism, mythology, esoteric philosophy, Jungian psychology, and various art forms. I've found that when I use my experience with these disciplines to help inform my astrological readings, the interpretations become richer and more meaningful.

My mission is to serve you in navigating the currents of life and to illuminate patterns, blindspots, possible pitfalls and opportunities. The goal is to empower you with astrological insights you can take with you and actually use.​ The chapters behind us and our present circumstances can help inform, prepare, and enlighten us about the unfolding story ahead when looked at through the lens of astrology.
